The chances of them being in the same pool are basically nil. As you might have guessed, emulators contain many embedded data, so the amount of data that they share is quite high. Even if you use a different emulator, the data will be slightly different, as any emulator differs from the original in certain respects. (The original might have changed from version to version or from device to device, and the way an emulator sees the system is a little different to the real one.)
And even if they are in the same pool, how are you supposed to connect them? (Are you saying there are more pools than shown in the picture?) That's going to be very hard if not impossible.

If you're planning on doing it yourself you should look at the e-mail standards of the specific country you're hosting the site in. For example here are the rules for what is considered a valid email address in the UK.
